Plaza la Talanguera is a compound of 22 buildings with commercial space at the bottom. The idea of the design was to build a structure that welcomes the public without being gated. More or less, we were creating an urban feel to the expansion of San Juan Del Sur. Forward thinking, this design was created with thought of how the city would continue to expand and provide service to the area with both the locality of commercial and residential modernism. Due to the size of the build, we designed with a focus on efficiency and symmetry, fully using outside space as a veranda in a way that gives privacy to neighbors.
