Bahia is a three story building on a hill with access on two different levels to make it efficient to enter from either above or below. This structure was a big design on a small lot and one of the first in the area with these characteristics. Bahia was focused on simple features, clean lines, with an essential modern look while maintaining a very functional and efficient use of space for the confined area we were working with.
